       心理治療指出，人們會在童年時起建立起愛情的模型，而所謂的內心直覺往往是根據此愛情模型做選擇，比起適合的伴侶人們更因此傾向愛上具有熟悉感的伴侶。

       避免陷入童年時期的愛情模型，就得釐清童年時期第一照顧者的特質及真正能令自己快樂的特質，這能讓我們擺脫過往，更自由的選擇適合自己的人。
