       網路盛傳10000小時才能學好一件事，其實並不盡然，10000小時足以令人成為某一領域的專家，但要學會一件事，其實只需要20小時!

       人們學習一件全新事物時，從完全不會到會其實很快速，但之後會達到高原期，想要再更精進就要花大量的時間才能達到專家的水準，而我們大部分的學習目的並非是要成為一位專家，能讓我們從完全不會到能運用即可，所以我們並不需要花大量的時間才能學會一樣技能。

       然而學習最大的障礙並非智力，而是心理因素，從一開始完全不會起步容易讓我們挫折，所以不論學習什麼，堅持投入20小時，將會有所收穫!

Point

1. Deconstruct the skill. -決定要達到什麼程度，解析需要學習的技巧。
2. Learn enough to self correct. -挑選三至五樣資源，達到能自我覺察。
3. Remove barriers to practice. -消除影響學習的障礙，如電視、手機等。
4. Practice for at least 20 hours. -堅持練習至少20小時，熬過前期感到挫折的心理障礙。
